Commission TOS

General

  • Do not use eggymints' artworks for AI Learning/NFT/Tracing

  • Effective communication throughout ~5 weeks

  • eggymints is allowed to refuse a request if they deem to be unfit for the job

  • Client is allowed to rescind their contract before payment

  • Can ask further questions with any concerns that were not mentioned in the TOS

Payment

  • Payment method via PayPal and Ko-fi

  • Prices are listed as USD

  • All commissioned pieces are for personal use until otherwise stated

  • Payment will be done in full

  • Once the commission is accepted and completed, there will be no chargebacks

  • Refunds will be processed if eggymints or the client fails to uphold the agreed conditions

Communication

  • Client and eggymints must update on potential events regarding progression of commission piece

  • Revisions are free at the sketch phase

  • Provide a reference of the intended character(s), a description, expression, and specific pose (if needed)

  • Details regarding the commission will be further discussed via email or discord

  • WIPS will be sent through DMs

  • Completed and watermarked commission will be sent through email or discord

  • After agreeing to the TOS, eggymints will be uploading a watermarked version of the artwork and making the client anonymous unless stated otherwise

  • The client can repost the finished commission on their own social media with credit
